Kristi Earwood reports that the Court awarded the county possession of most of the properties in question. There is one more property to go. Kristi will receive the Court Orders and have them recorded.
In the meantime, she is still working on the agreement with Lynwood Utility, and is making progress.
The light at the end of the tunnel is growing bigger and brighter!

Objectives
- Aggregate and disseminate factual information about the Grassland Sewer Project
- Motivate our neighborhoods to approve the Grassland Sewer Project before July 1, 2007
- Ensure that the county follows through on the project with a timely ground breaking and speedy build
- Launch a powerful community-wide bargaining collective to select vendors with the best products, best warranties, best service and lowest price
- Find one or more local banks who are willing to offer highly competitive lending terms to anyone desiring financing for their sewer installation
