The Tennessean is planning an article that describes the County approaching the City of Franklin to provide sewer services for our communities. Details are breaking as I type this.
I greatly appreciate our commissioners "out of the box" thinking and push to get this done for us.

So what happened to the original goal/agreement? I like the idea, but it presents a new set of dynamics.
I don't have any details, Jon. It seems that the Lynwood option is no longer viable, and I'm not sure why.
